Horseback Riding and Stables

While staying at Serenity Bluff Cabin, rural Lancaster, Wisconsin, you can enjoy riding horses on over 400 scenic acres. Some of the riding trails follow fence lines and some are cut through wooded areas crossing Borah Creek. Many people enjoy the 120 acre wooded pasture for wide open riding with no gates to open.

While a guest at the cabin, the horses can be unloaded at our arena and barn area where the trailers can be kept in a safe area. Once saddled, guests can take off on a whole day adventure following trails or simply ride directly to the cabin, about 2 miles away, almost entirely on private land.

When finished riding for the day, guests can return to the stable area where the horses are kept in a very safe, clean arena or round pen with water and feed. Guests can travel back to the cabin via their own truck to enjoy a peaceful evening with an outside fire, view of the sunset and just relaxing while enjoying the view. Our excellent location provides easy access to other activities in the Grant County area.

Guests will be asked to bring all necessary tack and a current Coggins test for the horses. Enjoy the ride and the privacy.
